This information only applies to Headline, Platinum and Gold sponsors. Only those with a speaking slot need to read the following information.
General Information
Dear Speakers, before supplying your presentations, please read this page carefully.
Please note that your preferred breakout session slot will be prioritised in order of sponsorship sign-up but not held indefinitely as it is important to publish as much agenda content as possible to secure registrations and attendance and to promote your presence at the event.
Breakout session content should focus on industry issues and challenges and show thought leadership in your field – content will be monitored and SHOULD NOT be a Sales Pitch. The organisers reserve the right to request changes to your presentation if it is deemed to not conform to these guidelines.
Online product demos are discouraged due to time and logistics constraints and should be carried out on your booth during the breaks and lunch time sessions.
Sponsors who have delivered blatant product and company pitches at past summits have been heavily criticised in delegates feedback and therefore do not benefit your participation in the Summit.

Headline and Platinum sponsors get to nominate a participant in one of the panel sessions following the morning keynote presentations. All panel sessions will be moderated by the Conference Director who will ensure that each participant has the opportunity to give their views on the topics covered in the presentations before opening up the discussion to the audience. Confirm your panellist’s details ASAP to Jane Bunclark (Angel BC Sponsors) or Leah Haberfellner (IT Europa Sponsors).
